Prayer Requests

-
Pray for leadership to develop from
within the Bible studies.
-
Pray for more evangelists to begin new
studies, both Salvadoran and
Internationals.
-
Pray for God to direct someone as a
missionary here, to form a training program for pastors,
using the same method of chronological Bible Storing
that is used in the existing studies.
Team Alcance has been requesting that you pray for God to
draw men to the Bible study. Praise to God that He is answering
your prayers! Please choose one of the following men to pray
for. Let us know who you have chosen, and we'll keep you posted
on the progress!
San Pedro Study:
- Vincent: Father, grandfather, husband. Farmer.
Recently accepted the Lord at an evangelistic campaign.
Pray for his grandsons who are faithful to attend the
Bible studies.
- Miguel: Vincent´s son. Miguel comes to each
study, but he's always drunk! Pray for his salvation.
- Pacheco: Father, grandfather, husband. Farmer.
Seeking God.
- Nelson: Pacheco's 18 year old neighbor, also
seeking God.
- David: Teenage boy attending one of the Bible
studies. Has become good friends with Walter.
- Winselao: Teenager seeking God
- Jose Denis: 17 years old and still trying to
finish 8th grade. Appears to have some type of emotional
problem.
La Balsa Study:
- Lorenzo. Retired. Community leader. Catholic who
"left" the church recently because of his
displeasure with the new Salvadoran archbishop.
El Espino Study:
- Arnoldo: Father, husband, and farmer. Attentively
listening with his family to the Bible studies
- Juan: Arnoldo´s neighbor. 30 years old. Knows
the Bible, but doesn't know the Savior.
- Fernando Rosa: Husband of the family where the
first Bible study in El Espino began. His wife and four
daughters have accepted the Lord. Fernando will not
participate in the studies, but sometimes sits on the
porch and listens from a distance.
- Iginio: Saved at an evangelistic campaign in San
Miguel through a different church. Iginio is interested
in reaching his neighbors with the gospel. Pray for his
spiritual growth, and for possible leadership
development.
La Pelota Study:
