This promotional rate is only available for limited time and is offered to test the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. While other companies have come and gone (or sold out to their competitors), we've been offering dialup service to Tallahassee area customers since 1996.

Here's the program:

  • This rate is only available to new customers who are responding to our advertisements


  • Each month, you get up to 100 hours of 56K digital quality connected time for $3.95. If you exceed 100 hours in a calendar month, an additional $10.00 will be charged for each additional 50 hour block (the vast majority of our dialup users average less than 25 hours per month)


  • You also get up to 5 email addresses. We do not limit the size of your inbox, but we do delete all email from our server that is over 30 days old.


  • Your rate is gauranteed for at least 2 years. As you can see from our website, our regular rate is only $7.95 per month. This is not a trick to get you signed up, then go up on the price. The only way you can loose this rate during the first 24 months is by letting your account get past due.


  • This is not a contract rate. You may cancel without penalty at any time.


  • We respect your privacy. We do not sell email address lists or customer contact information. We do not tag your email with advertisements.


  • To keep our expenses to a minimum, we bill in arrears by email. Billing usually goes out between the 1st and 3rd of the month for services rendered the previous month. If your account is unpaid by the 20th, a paper bill will be mailed.


  • We don't have busy signals! We discourage "unlimited" dialup accounts. Unlimited accounts reward account sharing and provide no incentive to log out. Our monthly time allotment is generous enough to accomodate the vast majority of users. Over 95% of our users average between 20-25 hours per month. By offering metered service, it prevents lines from being tied up by abusive users.


  • We offer first class customer service. Our local customer service and technical support number is available 24/7. We also offer free online access to your account information. Up to the minute details about your account activity and connected time are just a click away.


  • If you're having computer problems, we offer expert repairs at your location at a time that's convenient for you. Our on site service charge for dialup customers is only $25 and includes the 1st hour of labor. Additional hours are only $50 per hour.
